The page describes an on-device workflow: users paste a PLSS, DLS, or ATS description, enter its fields, and receive decimal, DMS, or WGS84 UTM coordinates, distance, and bearing. Saved sites can retain grid outlines and access notes, then export CSV, KML, backup, or PDF reports. Coverage is explicit rather than universal: the U.S. index contains 85,622 BLM-derived township records, while Alberta, Manitoba, and British Columbia's Peace River Block bring the bundle to 100,073 townships. Texas and Saskatchewan are excluded.
