Meshforge builds its library from paired CAD and mesh files already present in an engineering team’s project folders, then compares new parts using region-level vectors covering geometry and mesh statistics. The analyst remains in the loop: a rule-based classifier proposes a part type, while the user confirms or corrects it before adapting a precedent. Mesh verdicts use explicit thresholds for scaled Jacobian, aspect ratio, skew, minimum angle, and warpage, with audit and lineage records attached.
