The tool models rainfall as a geofenced operations problem rather than a general forecast: users can monitor a polygon, rectangle, circle, route, or radius around a point. Rules combine an expected millimetre threshold with a forecast window, while a separate quiet window controls when notifications may be delivered. Alerts remain in the built-in inbox and can also be emitted as JSON webhooks for services such as Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, or a private system.
