Old School operates through a daily handwritten-style list rather than a fixed menu: the chef sends that day’s offerings to about seventy regulars, and roughly sixty to one hundred meals may be claimed before opening. The page describes a two-generation operation in which Mohd Mahd handles the cooking and his two sons help run the kitchen. A planned app is intended to extend the existing message-based system with a full menu and daily notifications.
