The project describes a country-by-country catalog of 30 to 50 relevant outlets, each assigned an editorial position, reliability level, and ownership record with a written justification. Its comparison format uses eight versions of one event and marks gaps where a bloc did not cover the story. The first source set is being assembled for Venezuela and the Caribbean, while the daily product remains an email briefing scheduled for 7:30 a.m. Caracas time.
