Quầy Việt describes a local-first retail workflow built around the routines of Vietnamese shops: searching without diacritics, recording customer debt, scanning with a USB reader, and printing on K57/K80 thermal printers. Its page says sales data remains encrypted on the store computer and identifies only three internet contacts: initial registration, update checks, and Pro activation. The tradeoff is explicit: owners must create their own backups, because an unrecovered local machine cannot be restored by the vendor.
