A free Windows launcher that gathers DOS and point-and-click games into one library, with DOSBox and ScummVM configured inside it.

ROM 90 accepts archives, disc images, or folders, then searches their contents, recognizes a title, retrieves cover art, and selects DOSBox or ScummVM. Its session layer includes save states, quick resume, and save thumbnails, while per-game profiles handle keyboard, mouse, and gamepad controls. The local profile stores avatars, banners, favourites, playtime, statistics, and collection data on the user’s machine. The project is marked Version 1.0 beta and supports Windows 10 64-bit or later.
