The interface combines trip monitoring with a multi-step reservation flow: passengers select boarding and destination stops, review available seats, submit contact details, and receive a reservation code. During an active conductor-led trip, the page can update automatically, accept waiting notifications, open a conductor chat, and share a passenger’s location for selected time windows. The operator cautions that progress is approximate and exact seat numbers cannot be guaranteed.
