SkillIngest Turns GitHub Agent Skills into Plain HTTP

SkillIngest separates discovery from retrieval: a repository path exposes its skill inventory, while a name query consults the skills.sh directory and returns matching repositories. A subsequent skill request supplies the instruction text, its directory, and bundled-file names, with relative paths resolved against that directory. The page also documents a tar archive mode for scripts that require a real filesystem. Content negotiation is part of the design: browsers receive HTML, while agents receive model-oriented markdown.
