The workflow begins with a shareable intake link collecting practical cake requirements in four steps, then applies a baker’s per-serving prices and flavour upcharges to produce a ballpark estimate. Accepted orders are described as build sheets containing tier, batter, frosting, board, dowel, and box calculations. A calendar-level sourcing view is also presented, aggregating ingredients and hardware while rolling unit costs into COGS and per-cake margins. The public bakery directory currently shows no published storefronts.
