Tokenly uses the credential files already maintained by local provider CLIs, then requests usage figures from the corresponding providers and renders them at the screen edge. Its interface exposes alert thresholds of 80%, 90%, or 95%, provider ordering, edge placement, and an auto-hide mode that retracts to a small glass handle.
