Hosts organize information into twelve guide chapters, then Fredo uses those entries to draft or send replies across Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings, and its guest app. The homepage shows a unified inbox with 5 threads across 3 properties and says answers link back to their source. If the guide contains no answer, the system stops and hands the conversation to the host; money-related questions also remain human-controlled.
