Noah, the Recommendation List That Keeps the Vouch
A private, community-by-community way to find people others have actually hired, with the recommender’s name attached.
Field notes
Noah organizes recommendations into separate lists for individual communities rather than building one public directory. Each entry can retain the name of the person who made the recommendation, while the site says anonymous recommenders still count. Its rules also exclude star ratings, paid placement, paid referrals, and published phone numbers. The homepage does not expose an example list, so the extract documents the operating model more clearly than the underlying interface.
