Why it surfaced

Vellforge limits itself to two concrete irritations: arranging windows and making different input devices scroll in opposite directions. The site is unusually explicit about its terms—no accounts, telemetry, subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, or network calls—and links the tools to MIT-licensed source code.
