The project separates a public Federation graph from private GroupOps data, specifically keeping moderation notes and Runtime credentials outside the public layer. Its web portal, extension, and future clients are described as sharing a versioned Public API v1. The visible alpha dashboard currently reports one account but no Federation groups, identities, or memberships, making this as much a technical proposition to watch as an active network.
