The workflow begins with a customer-facing storefront that uses the operator’s vehicles, prices, and selected dates, then routes each request into a decision queue. The homepage says every total is built from rental, extras, fees, tax, and discount lines rather than an editable total field. Fleet visibility is organized as one vehicle per row with days across the top, while holds, reservations, rentals, maintenance, and blocked time receive separate codes and colours.
