The system is described as a closed-loop controller layered onto existing plant infrastructure: it models a process, evaluates candidate trajectories with MPPI, and can revert to PID control when a fault occurs. The current stated operating focus is continuous stirred-tank reactors, with shadow and advisory stages preceding greater autonomy. Acaysia also exposes an unusually extensive machine-readable surface, including Markdown versions of pages, an agent skill guide, and a Streamable HTTP MCP server.
