The project describes a hands-on production sequence running from wax pouring through packaging and selling, rather than presenting the candles as anonymous stock. Its origin story starts with a rented room, secondhand moulds, and trial and error, then names specific beneficiaries: a mother learning a skill at 38, a grandmother contributing to household income, and a young woman less dependent on fishing income.
