CIVIBA combines an interactive point-based atlas with a structured directory, allowing readers to compare places by geography, civic form, condition, accessibility, and verification status. Its examples include Ama Town in Japan, where the summary links school reform and marine-product technology to population recovery; Apadrina un Olivo in Spain, centered on 100,000 abandoned olive trees; and Arte Sella in Italy, an outdoor art route begun in 1986. The dataset is released under CC BY-SA 4.0 and the code under MIT.
