Elemeon Measures a House Before the Price Guessing Starts
A browser-based construction-drawing workflow that reads PDF, DWG, DXF, or ZIP files into material quantities, opening schedules, transport estimates, and comparable prefab-building requests.
Field notes
Elemeon describes an in-browser reader for PDF, DWG, DXF, and ZIP construction drawings that identifies plans, elevations, and sections before producing quantities and a list of unresolved questions. Its worked example uses four DWG files and reports 30 facade openings, 57.2 square metres of window and door area, and a derived 2.80 metre storey height. The site says those figures remain a working basis for later coordination rather than a final architectural schedule.
