ERPdraft reads emailed purchase orders in PDFs, spreadsheets, scans, or free text, matches customers and SKUs, and prepares a draft order for human approval.

The workflow starts with an email and its attachments, then extracts line items, identifies the sender and customer, and maps customer-specific article numbers to internal SKUs. The example flags “Dichtung 80mm” as having three possible matches while accepting other lines, and checks price-list differences and delivery dates before producing a draft in SAP Business One. Corrections are presented as feedback for future mappings, while approval remains with the customer’s team.
