The proposed workflow combines centimetre-scale RTK drone imagery with street, parcel, building, and door vectorization in PostgreSQL/PostGIS. Each entrance is assigned an identifier such as “GN - CKY - RAT - 00123,” then linked to an engraved aluminium plaque, with QR and non-QR variants described. The public page positions the resulting address layer as an integration point for municipal systems, banking KYC, emergency response, police, and last-mile logistics, while leaving deployment status and API access unspecified.
