The proposed workflow turns a morning route into a sequence of timestamped events: expected riders and stops, recorded boarding, family notification, exception assignment, and later review. The illustrative Route 12 run shows nine stops, one attendant, and one exception, including a 7:42 AM boarding record at Stop 3. Access is divided by role: staff see their assigned run, administrators see the full day, and families see their own child's records.
