The platform is organized as a four-step chain: connect equipment signals, view live operational state, detect anomalies, and turn findings into maintenance work orders. Its hardware can function as a full controller or as an OPC-UA gateway beside existing PLCs, with a stated 76 configurable I/O channels, IP69 enclosure, and approximately 15 W typical draw. The public demonstration uses simulated telemetry and explicitly labels remaining-useful-life estimates as roadmap functionality.
