The service uses four-letter Paper Codes, such as #ABCD, as a bridge between physical and digital records. A code can be written beside a note, document, sketch, or page, then scanned or typed later to retrieve attached links, photos, video, audio, notes, or files. The homepage presents beta enrollment and says broader availability is still being worked on.
