QuarryCalc: field math for the people running the rock
A set of quarry and construction calculators for stockpiles, truck fleets, excavators, material quantities, costs, pricing, water, crushing, and haul roads.
Field notes
The calculator suite turns common quarry inputs into operational estimates: truck timings and payloads produce cycle and fleet figures, while bucket size, fill percentage, cycle time, efficiency, and density produce excavator output. The public page shows sample results including 888.9 stockpile tons, 358.6 tons per hour, and a $2.83 cost per ton. Material blending, water and pump, crusher, haul-road, production-revenue, and delivered-price tools are marked Pro.
