The system joins the sale recorded at the till to recipes, purchasing, stock, kitchen stations, delivery, shifts, and branch reporting rather than treating these as separate records. Its operating assumptions are unusually concrete: a shop can close its business day at 7am, a branch can use PRA, SRB, or FBR tax settings, and a pizza modifier can change both the bill and ingredient stock.
