SightMetric uses a phone beside the shooter rather than an optical system mounted on the pistol. Its measurements depend on a fixed 0.91-metre standoff, a 45-degree camera position, and a LiDAR geometry check before each series; the page says moving the tripod changes comparability. The documented outputs include hold RMS, 95% wobble area, 150-millisecond break disturbance, follow-through recovery, grip separation, cant, and head-position drift. TestFlight access is described as forthcoming.
