The proxy classifies calls before execution and treats an unknown tool as irreversible rather than silently passing it through. For writes, it captures the prior state, journals the operation before forwarding it, and stores the reversing call immediately. Undo compares the current resource with the state left by the run, so a changed CRM record produces a halted partial result instead of overwriting somebody else's update.
