Talvit describes a forwarding architecture rather than a mailbox migration: incoming mail remains in the existing account while a copy is analyzed and replies are presented for review or sent through the customer’s mail server. The onboarding asks eight questions about the business, then runs an observe-only week before automatic answering can be enabled. Examples distinguish routine availability questions from a booking the system cannot see and a repeated complaint that is escalated to a person.
