x402-gateway: Swedish records, one micropayment at a time

The gateway uses HTTP 402 as its onboarding mechanism: clients request an endpoint, sign a USDC payment on Base, then retry with a payment header. The public catalog includes Swedish organisation-number lookups, name search, annual-report figures decoded from iXBRL, and vehicle registration queries. Representative and vehicle responses are explicitly labeled as fixture data while the page says licensed sources are pending, making the project both a usable protocol demonstration and an unfinished data service.
