Anatomy Atelier, a Browser-Based 3D Anatomy Atlas
A multilingual web application for rotating, zooming, and inspecting interactive 3D models of human organs.
Field notes
The application combines a Three.js viewer with an organ library and selectable anatomical hotspots. Its visible heart specimen supports rotation, zoom, isolation, cross-section and layer controls, while labels explain structures such as the aorta and four chambers. The page also exposes lessons, quizzes, animations, comparisons, clinical notes, and a multilingual interface. The library currently names nine major organ categories, including the heart, brain, lungs, liver, kidneys, eye, intestines, pancreas, and skin.
