claudectl gives Claude Code a longer memory
A Python workspace layer for Claude Code that organizes project memory, searchable sessions, architecture graphs, MCP settings, and per-project launch control.
Field notes
The homepage describes three context surfaces rather than one expanding memory file: a repository micro-index, path-scoped rules, and an optional prompt-triggered subgraph. It claims the first stays at or below 250 tokens, while the prompt-specific layer stays below 600 tokens and runs locally in under a second. The design also preserves reversibility through snapshots, including snapshots of restorations, and records superseded facts as timestamped history.
