Corpus Immo, the French property market with its receipts
An open French property valuation toolkit built on recorded DGFiP sales, with an estimator, street-level transaction map, market observatory, and ten professional calculators.
Field notes
The valuation workflow uses a local comparable-sales search, beginning at 500 metres and widening only when necessary. It records exclusion reasons such as multi-lot mutations, non-sale transactions, surface mismatches and implausible price-per-square-metre values. The site presents residential and professional property under the same DVF-based approach, while its calculator library covers both household questions such as borrowing cost and investment analyses such as DCF, charge foncière and WAULT.
