The workflow starts with a PDF or modern Word document and uses a single Auto-place action to identify labels, lines, table cells, dates, checkboxes, and printed choices across pages. Users can then adjust field geometry and styling or add controls manually before exporting a standard interactive PDF. DOCX files are converted locally with the LibreOffice engine, while the site warns that scanned pages may require OCR. A sample incident report contains no personal information for testing.
