The project treats the genome as a relatively fixed reference and organizes changing records around time, including sleep, exercise, exams, and personal history. In one test, a Samsung Health export spanning eight years arrived as roughly 80 files, but fewer than ten contributed useful data to a daily table. The diary also records a privacy hazard that ordinary filename filtering would miss: exercise files contained latitude and longitude columns. The page presents these observations as inputs to product decisions, not as a finished clinical service.
