The tool uses selectors for academic year, school level, grade, and record category before applying the selected limit to pasted text. Its example shows a 1,500-byte allowance, with completed Korean characters counted as 3 bytes, English and numbers as 1 byte, and Enter as 1 byte. For spaces, emoji, special characters, and combining characters, the page displays a separate UTF-8 reference and directs users to verify the final result in NEIS.
