The reservation flow treats lateness, cancellations, capacity, and accessibility requests as part of the production’s operating rules. Guests choose one or two spaces, meet staff at the corner of Clark Street and Adams Street, and enter a historic Field Building interior described as a raw industrial space. The credits identify DePaul’s Idea Realization Lab, a sound designer, classical and indie musicians, orchestra performers, theater-school support, and a project director citing Punchdrunk and Pink Floyd stagings as influences.
