The proposed workflow combines room-scale LiDAR capture with evidence logging: findings, moisture readings, samples, voice notes, and photographs are placed on a measured plan. Scan photos retain both the inspector’s position and camera heading, while imported photos can be positioned manually without a view cone. The report model includes substrate-specific moisture thresholds, IICRC S520 condition labels, dew-point calculations, condensation flags below a 5°F spread, and chain-of-custody material.
