Napsutec-HourBot signs the timesheet before the worker leaves

HourBot connects field recording to client approval rather than treating the timesheet as a separate office task. Entries are associated with a customer, worksite, and cost code, and can include hours, kilometres, materials, photos, and receipts. The page shows an offline queue for areas without connectivity and two approval routes: an on-site signature or a browser link that does not require the approver to sign in. Approved sheets are locked and exported as PDFs.
