NEURAL's Onchain Machine Foundry
A protocol for compiling binary neural networks into NAND-and-LATCH circuits, burning their transistor materials, and sealing each machine's identity onchain.
Field notes
The protocol represents binary neural computation as an exact gate network: neurons use XNOR and popcount, while persistent outputs use LATCH elements. Tapeout permanently burns the required material and records a netlist hash in the same transaction, with the resulting Machine ID derived from the token, netlist, and author. The economics section specifies one billion units per foundry, a 1% curve fee, and a 0.0005 ETH launch fee.
