The workflow begins with an assignment already created in Procore, a spreadsheet, or another planning system, then follows delivery, acknowledgment, arrival, and exception states. The preview includes revision-specific confirmations, multilingual text delivery, and an exception such as a blocked loading dock. A sample board shows nine projects and ten crews, while a separate illustrative model estimates $87,500 in annual direct exposure for a defined eight-crew scenario.
