Dexter is presented as a factory model assembled from ERP and MES exports, with routings, staffing, changeovers, machine capacity, and work-in-progress represented in one operational context. The homepage shows a sample diagnosis in which Buffer B-7 undersizes Line 3 and causes 11% shift starvation, plus a recommendation for 40 additional units.
