The demo models a bench run as a sequence of executable steps rather than a document: a user can add a countdown timer, recalculate media ingredients, or inspect a recorded deviation at the point of work. Examples include scaling 20 µL reactions to 24 wells with 10% overage and comparing protocol conditions across runs. Troubleshooting currently appears as a demonstrated capability using cited protocol and vendor references; the dedicated diagnostics workspace is explicitly listed as forthcoming.
