The service routes SMTP mail into Postgres, filters it with rspamd, and makes the same mailbox operations available through MCP and REST. Its API lists 19 tools, including folder management, attachments, replies, soft-deletion, restoration, and `mail_wait`, which keeps a request open until matching mail arrives. The page also describes separate tenant and operator keys, per-domain DKIM signing, and a configurable retention period before deleted messages are purged.
