The service works from a Bullhorn contact export, testing deliverability and investigating whether unreachable people have moved to another employer. It describes importing corrections through Bullhorn Data Loader while preserving a before-and-after audit trail. The homepage cites an Irish recruitment-agency sample in which 47 of 501 contacts became undeliverable over five months, and illustrates a contact changing from Financial Controller at Oldco to Head of Finance at Newco.
