Relayterm’s proposed core daemon would own project state while a terminal UI manages real PTY-backed agent sessions. Its neutral model separates an agent definition from a running instance, then records tasks and handovers as workspace artifacts rather than provider transcripts. The first-cut scope names optional Git worktrees and recovery after TUI or SSH disconnects, while explicitly excluding cloud accounts, autonomous swarms, and internet-exposed multi-user operation.
