Field notes
The workflow starts with a room or area, photographs and a site observation, then adds responsible trade, target date and drawing reference before issuing the report. Reinspection begins from the issued report and displays only open items, preserving the same permanent reference across inspection rounds. The sample uses AST-304-003 for a balcony-drainage snag and shows original and completion photographs alongside outcomes including Verified fixed and Still defective.
