The workflow separates subtitle structure from translation: the browser parses cues and timestamps first, then the service translates each line before exposing a side-by-side editing view. It accepts both SRT and VTT, can convert between those formats, and claims to add UTF-8 BOM encoding for export. The page also displays usage counters—48,294 files translated and 18 in progress—though those figures are presented by the site and are not independently verified here.
