Tapps Tracker Turns MTG Arena Games Into Local Forensics
An open-source macOS and Windows tracker that records Magic: The Gathering Arena games locally and turns them into live dashboards, deck analytics, and matchup history.
Field notes
The desktop tracker tails Arena’s log and stores game records in a local SQLite database, supporting both a dashboard and a console command. Its forensic view includes opening hands, mulligans, turn-by-turn draws, combat, resources, life totals, and a complete event timeline. A companion Deck Finder pulls lists from Moxfield, AetherHub, TCGplayer, magic.gg, MTGO, and Untapped, then copies them in Arena import format. Optional AI naming uses a user-supplied key and is described as sending only revealed opponent cards.
